BOOKING INFORMATION

We require a £50 deposit to secure your booking for your event. If you book your rental online this will automatically be applied at checkout.

If you book your rental in-store we will charge you £50 deposit to secure booking and charge the rental price on collection of the dress.

On return of the item in a satisfactory condition without any damages your deposit will be returned.

If you decide to cancel your rental, your deposit is non-refundable but transferable to a future booking.

RETURNS INFORMATION

If booking your rental online, please select if you wish to have the returns postage option to have back to us on the specified date or drop off at our store for the specified date.

We have tried to make the postage returns as easier as possible for you. Place your item in the labelled packaging that came with your order if you have prepaid for it and drop off to your closest drop off point for Royal Mail or An Post to ensure your rental is back with us on day 4 or day 7 depending on the rental time you selected.

Alternatively, if booked in-store then please either ask a member of staff to include the labelled returns back with your dress or drop back to our store on the final day of your rental period.

Please note: There will be a late fee of £20 per day for the first calendar day of the Return Period and £30 every day thereafter.

WHAT IF I DAMAGE MY RENTAL?

Should any damage occur to the item you've rented, kindly inform us promptly by forwarding photos of the damage. Upon the item's return, we will conduct a thorough inspection. Note that normal wear and tear are anticipated with the rental of clothing items.

We ask that you refrain from attempting any repairs on your own, as the item is the property of the lender and improper handling may exacerbate the damage. In instances of minor damage, we will arrange for a seamstress to perform repairs, with the expense being subtracted from your security deposit.

Should the cost of repairs exceed the £50 security deposit, you will be responsible for covering the additional charges. In the event of damage deemed beyond repair, you will be liable for the full recommended retail price (RRP) of the item. Failure to settle this payment may result in legal proceedings.
